Louisa is a busy mum to two girls and spends her time running her business: teaching baby and toddler classes in Roade. Singing is one of the ways Louisa likes to relax and she is excited to be a new addition to Heart and Music.
Louisa began performing at the age of three when she started ballet, tap and modern dance classes. Her love for the arts soon progressed as her mother joined the local amateur dramatic society. Louisa followed in her mother’s footsteps and performed in many productions with St.Neots VAMPS. It was during this time that Louisa started having singing lessons which led to playing roles such as Laurie in Oklahoma and Nancy in Oliver. Louisa then went on to study Dance at Bretton Hall in Wakefield and had a few years break from musical theatre. During this break Louisa got married, moved to MK and then moved to Roade.
The Wolverton Gilbert and Sullivan society soon ended Louisa’s break from singing, and she was thrilled to be part of ‘Follow That Girl’, ‘Godspell’ and ‘Nunsense’. Louisa has since performed with Company MK as Cassie n ‘Chorus Line’ and is making her debut as choreographer for the society.
Louisa wants Heart and Music audiences to be as entertained in watching the concerts, as she is in rehearsals.
